Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Developer, with a solid electromechanical engineering profile, to support the growth of our business.
You will be responsible for developing new markets, identifying business opportunities, and strengthening our commercial presence in the industrial and technology sector.
Main missions:
- Prospect for new clients and partners in the industrial sector, particularly in the fields of electromechanics, civil engineering, and the construction industry.
- Analyze customers' technical needs and propose suitable solutions in coordination with the technical team.
- Develop and present technical and financial commercial offers.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Participate in the development of the commercial strategy and the development of the company's reputation.
- Work closely with technical, project management and support teams to ensure effective communication of customer needs
- Ensure regular follow-up with customers and prospects to maintain and develop the commercial relationship

Requirements:
- Training in electromechanics or related field.
- Experience in business development, ideally in the engineering or technical services sector (ideally in the industrial sector).
- Good knowledge of electromechanical technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relations skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with technical teams.
- Proficiency in office and CRM tools.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English required
